Our process

PUWER 98 places a duty on UK employers to maintain work equipment in safe condition. A relocated mobile shelving system is effectively a new installation, so the original certificate no longer applies — a fresh post-installation inspection is required before the system is reloaded. That sign-off is included in every relocation quotation as standard.
Standalone annual PUWER and BS EN 15095 inspections — where no relocation is involved — are delivered by our sister company Rack Safety Inspections. We scope this page strictly to post-relocation sign-off.
