Specialist relocation for Shepton Mallet sites
Moving high-density storage is mostly planning. Where does the stock go while the bays come down? Which door takes a three-metre track section? Is the new floor flat enough to carry the loaded weight? We answer those questions at survey stage rather than on the day.
That preparation is why Shepton Mallet projects rarely overrun. Across Somerset we regularly complete a full dismantle, move and reinstall inside one working day, and where access is only possible out of hours we simply work evenings or the weekend instead.

Shepton Mallet โ food-grade and records relocations
Shepton Mallet's mix of cider and distillery production, food manufacturing on the Cannards Grave and Old Wells Road estates, and district council record storage means two very different sets of rules. Production areas require food-grade handling, wipe-down of every component and no swarf or drilling dust in the zone; records areas simply need continuity of access.
We work to whichever regime applies, sealing dust at track lift with HEPA extraction and protecting resin floors with boarding before any carriage is moved. Where production cannot pause, relocations are phased aisle by aisle so one run is always live while the next is being re-laid.
