Friday 17:00 — Pre-brief
Team arrives, signs in with security, confirms IPC arrangements, walks the route with the estates duty manager.
Friday 18:00–22:00 — Decant & dismantle
Stock decanted into sealed crates if not pre-cleared. End panels and shelves removed. Carriages parked, secured for transport.
Saturday 06:00–14:00 — Track lift & load
Tracks lifted with proper lifting bar, labelled, loaded onto air-ride vehicles. HEPA vacuum across the floor zone.
Saturday 14:00–22:00 — Transport & floor prep
Vehicles in transit. Destination team surveys destination floor, lays self-levelling compound if needed.
Sunday 06:00–18:00 — Reinstall
Tracks re-laid, carriages seated, bays rebuilt, anti-tip and brakes tested. Hand-wheel calibration confirmed.
Sunday 18:00–22:00 — Restock & sign-off
Files re-shelved in sequence. Final walk-through with on-call estates manager. PUWER inspection booked for first working day.
Monday 06:00 — Open
Records access fully operational. No clinical service has been interrupted.
