Saturday 06:00โ14:00 โ Track lift & load
Tracks lifted with proper lifting bar, labelled, loaded onto air-ride vehicles. HEPA vacuum across the floor zone.
Saturday 14:00โ22:00 โ Transport & floor prep
Vehicles in transit. Destination team surveys destination floor, lays self-levelling compound if needed.
Sunday 06:00โ18:00 โ Reinstall
Tracks re-laid, carriages seated, bays rebuilt, anti-tip and brakes tested. Hand-wheel calibration confirmed.
Sunday 18:00โ22:00 โ Restock & sign-off
Files re-shelved in sequence. Final walk-through with on-call estates manager. PUWER inspection booked for first working day.
Monday 06:00 โ Open
Records access fully operational. No clinical service has been interrupted.
