Week minus 8: survey
Book the survey before the summer term ends. Confirm component count and destination floor specs.
Week minus 4: stock decant
School staff or our team empty the bays. We supply free archive crates for the duration of the move.
Week minus 2: dismantle & transport
Track lift, label, transport. Most school systems fit on a single 7.5t vehicle.
Week minus 1: reinstall
Re-track, re-level, reinstall, restock. Sign-off Friday before the INSET day.
Week zero: PUWER inspection
Certificate filed with the bursar before the new term starts — ready for any Ofsted estate query.
