A successful relocation starts with surveys of both the existing and new locations. Dismantling, Transport and Reinstallation
Our engineers dismantle mobile shelving in the correct sequence for each make and model — carriages, drive mechanisms, safety systems and floor tracks are all removed carefully and labelled for correct reassembly. Components are wrapped and palletised for transport on our own vehicles.
At the new location, floor tracks are re-laid to precise level using digital levelling equipment, carriages are reassembled and aligned, shelving is re-erected and safety systems are reinstated and tested. Every relocated system is handed over with a new PUWER 1998 compliance certificate.
