- Distance — under 50 miles is cheapest; longer hauls add vehicle days and overnight allowances.
- Floor level — ground floor with goods lift is fastest; suspended floors and stair-only access add time.
- Out-of-hours — night and weekend work adds cost but usually saves more in avoided operational downtime.
- Track condition — re-using existing tracks is cheapest; new tracks for a different room shape add material and labour.
- PUWER & RAMS — included as standard with us; costs more if procured separately.
